Day 2

Today's writing has been brought to you by:

Traffic. Yes, you guessed it.

On the road, you see many types of drivers. You see drivers with a need for speed. You see some drivers who can't seem to catch up to speed. Some state that they are carrying precious cargo (e.g., "baby on board"), and some are asking for validation (e.g., "how's my driving?"). The more you drive on the road, they more you experience different types of personalities. And some of these drivers will show you grace and courtesy, and some will bring out a new level of rage you have never experienced before.

All in all, the main premise of driving is to arrive to a destination. And most times, you are attempting to arrive to your destination at an estimated time according to your global positioning system, aka your GPS device.

Being in traffic is liken to dealing with frustrating moments in life. You may see something that will create frustration and discomfort in front of you (or in another avenue of your life). Sometimes the best thing to do is to bear down and "stay in your lane" and get through it. There are times where you many not be able to get past an obstacle, so you must move around it or over it (this is when you may have to temporarily switch lanes and get back on track to get to your destination).

The only difference is that in life, you may not be aware of an ETA on a specific destination. This is where God comes in. He can be your GPS and more, but it requires trust. It requires commitment. It requires communicating to anyone and everyone that you belong to Him. It requires obedience.

As you travel in your own journey in this life, let God lead you. If you do not know how or where to start, ask a trusted love one or even me. I'd be glad to help.

That's all for today. Thanks for reading!

All the best,
Whitney
